USAID – What is the eSRS system?

Spread the love

eSRS.gov, which stands for Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System, is the official site for the Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System.

The use of eSRS promises to create higher visibility for federal contracting officials (aka COs and OSDBU) who need to access and review subcontracting reports and introduce efficiency into the process of gathering information on federal subcontracting accomplishments and is also used as a tool to collect those accomplishments.

It mainly helps Contracting Officers (CO) track that small business goals (managed by OSDBU) are being met.

Prime contractors report the following two main reports through eSRS.gov:

·  Individual Subcontracting Report (ISR)

·  Summary Subcontracting Report (SSR)

The main difference between SSR and ISR is that one (SSR) is a company-wide report while the IRS is a project-based report. For additional information, click here
