Last week, USAID held its annual Global Deputy Mission Director’s (DMD) Workshop, creating the opportunity for DMD leadership to share reflections on the successes and challenges the Agency confronts, discuss best practices to advance the Agency’s Policy Framework and our Progress Beyond Programs agenda, and work to advance DEIA and workforce empowerment.
This enriching five day workshop fostered strategic collaboration, creating a path forward to find solutions and mobilize DMD involvement in how the Agency responds to today’s most pressing development challenges.
