Dear USAID Implementing Partners (IPs),
As a follow-on from our last Industry Liaison guidance “USAID Terminated Awards Staffing Assignments” on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, we wanted to provide an update on your organization’s point of contact (POC). As of Friday, September 19, 2025, all USAID terminated awards have been assigned to USAID Contracting/Agreement Officers (CO/AOs). You should have received an email from the USAID Industry Liaison with your specific CO/AO POC for all the awards for your organization. This email also contained a Google form link to provide your organization’s primary and secondary POCs, which USAID will use to communicate this process.
If your organization did not receive an email with their delegated CO/AO POC, please email [email protected] with the name of your organization and the award number(s) of your USAID terminated award(s).
We appreciate you using the Termination Settlement alphabetical email boxes during the time of transition. We have those documents accessible for the Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) team. Please do not resubmit your termination documents to your CO/AO, unless they request it. Additionally, please send any future documentation to your CO/AO and discontinue using the Termination Settlement email boxes.
