GSA’s Integrated Award Environment operates several stand-alone systems, in addition to our flagship System for Award Management at SAM.gov.
Recently, the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) website got a makeover aligning the CPARS.gov look and feel to that of SAM.gov to pave the way for future integration.
No changes were made to the CPARS functionality, to the requirements to use CPARS, or to the existing past performance data.
CPARS users can do the same things today that they could prior to the redesign, including:
- Creating and managing performance evaluations (by the government)
- Commenting on performance evaluations (by contractors)
- Reviewing performance evaluations (by the government and contractors)
- Creating responsibility/qualification records (by the government)
To support a better customer experience, we did make some minor navigation changes. Go to https://cpars.gov/cparsweb/assets/documents/CPARS-Navigation-Help.pdf for a mapping crosswalk.
For CPARS help, contact the CPARS helpdesk at [email protected].
For help with any of the other IAE systems, contact the Federal Service Desk at FSD.gov.
Stay tuned to this space for more information about changes and improvements to all of the IAE systems.
