Palladium is currently seeking a French speaking US based Technical Advisor (TA) to support implementation of the Translating Data for Implementation (Data.FI) award in Francophone Africa (DRC, Niger, Core d’Ivoire, Burundi). Data.FI is a global project funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the State Department.
Data.FI partners with PEPFAR programs to accelerate and sustain access to high-quality data to expedite HIV epidemic control and maintenance. Data.FI supports host country governments to enhance existing health information systems (HIS) and conduct in-depth analysis of epidemiologic and program data to inform management responses to gaps in programming and sustain impact by supporting local partner transition.
The TA role involves providing strategic and technical guidance to strengthen health information systems and enterprise architecture at the country level. The TA will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to plan, implement, and optimize data systems, ensuring compliance with technical standards and best practices. Responsibilities include advising on governance frameworks, supporting software development and interoperability, leading training initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement of program quality and operational efficiency.
This is a project role with duration until March 31, 2026, with possibility of extension. MORE
