About the Program:
The USAID Spring Pathways Internship Program offers paid internships for students enrolled in a wide range of educational institutions. Interns will gain hands-on experience while working on significant projects that align with their academic or career interests. This is more than just an internship—it’s an investment in your future!
What You’ll Do:
Interns are assigned to work in missions, offices, or bureaus across USAID, where they will:
- Conduct research and analysis
- Write program memoranda
- Facilitate meetings and special events
- Attend and contribute to program discussions
- Perform both program-related and administrative tasks
Who is Eligible:
- U.S. citizenship required
- Must be currently enrolled in a qualifying academic program
- Undergraduate students: Minimum GPA of 2.0
- Graduate students: Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered with the Selective Service
- Must sign the Pathways Internship Agreement, if selected
- Maintain eligibility and enrollment for the internship duration
