| The Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI) is part of USAID’s Bureau for Conflict Prevention and Stabilization (CPS). OTI is USAID’s contingency programming office supporting U.S. Missions in confronting the political problems that threaten democracy and other U.S. national interests. We are resources to fund the majority of our programs and to provide advice and assistance to USAID missions in those countries in which we work. OTI and its partners draw upon its collective experience working in complex environments to continuously adapt and improve its approach to programs. |
